About the research
What do organisations expect from executive coaching? What do clients value? And how can coaches demonstrate the difference their work makes?
Coaching Forward explores these questions through a study of 397 respondents across eight countries. It brings together the experiences of professional coaches, individual coaching clients and organisational sponsors to examine the present and future of executive coaching in the region.
Supported by participating ICF chapters, with Pune as the lead chapter, the research offers insights for coaches, HR and talent leaders, organisational decision-makers and people interested in coaching.
